How do I create an account?
You can create an account using your email address, phone number (with SMS verification), or Google sign-in. Simply download the app or visit our website and tap 'Start Free' to begin.
Is GlowBody AI free to use?
Yes! We offer a free Starter plan with core features. Our Pro plan offers additional features like advanced analytics, priority AI responses, and exclusive content for a monthly subscription.
How does the AI workout generator work?
Our AI analyzes your fitness goals, available equipment, fitness level, and preferences to create personalized workout plans. The more you use the app, the better it understands your needs.
Can I use the app in Spanish?
Absolutely! GlowBody AI is fully bilingual. You can switch between English and Español at any time in Settings. The app will also use the appropriate measurement units (ft/in & lbs for English, cm/m & kg for Spanish).
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap 'Delete Account'. You can also email support@glowbodyai.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' and we'll process it within 48 hours.
Why am I not receiving SMS verification codes?
Check that you entered your phone number correctly with the country code. Also ensure your phone can receive SMS messages and isn't blocking unknown numbers. If issues persist, try the email or Google sign-in options.
How do I stop receiving SMS messages?
Reply STOP to any SMS message from GlowBody AI. You can still use the app with email or Google authentication. Note: We only send SMS for verification codes, never for marketing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
